For those of you that don't seem to know --- the democrats have controlled the congress for some time now. They blocked any attempt to regulate the housing mess - maybe to protect their own, Barney Franks, Chris Dodd, etc. They have a socialistic view of how the US should be. Since it hasn't worked in other countries, why do they think it will work here?
Now we have Pelosi and others of her ilk driving this bus right over the cliff. Every time Obama opens his mouth the stock market (made of of millions of everyday people like me) tanks - big time. It would be nice if he would stop saying anything.
last I looked the left wing loons are in charge of congress and Polisi is in charge not Obamanation.
You must feel comfortable with tax cheats in charge of many of his cabinet post...Further you must love the fact the Obamanation is sending more troops to Afganistan...
Your president has broken 5 promises so far.
As long as you, and others, keep denying the real nature ans source of this problem, and won't admit that nothing that makes sense has been done about it...nothing will happen except the problem will get worse. We have a historic model for this problem that can be studied by anyone. It clearly shows what was done, and what wasn't done, what worked, and what didn't work. The notion that this is some kind of mystery, that nobody knows what to do so we just have to try something, anything, is nonsense. History clearly shows what needs to be done and what worked in the past. We are doing exactly what history says we shouldn't do...all the things that are proven not to work. This is becoming more of a political issue than an economic one. It is becoming that it is more important to push the political agenda that to care for the people of this country.
Democratic Congress is in control along with Democratic President.
I hope we recover but I have severe doubts since the state of California
committees make up the bulk of Obama's advisory team.
And by the way CA is one of the worst run states in the union.I think he has a winning team for destroying the economy, by nationilizing
everything!— M Hodges
